In Memory of Jimmy Stocker

Jimmy Wayne Stocker of Rathdrum, Idaho died April 29, 2013 in a motorcycle accident. He was a great father, husband and friend and died doing what he loved in the place that he loved - "running from tip to tip in Baja California, Mexico." For those who knew him well, his love for life was contagious. When Jimmy wanted to do something, he made sure he did it. He was an inspiration to all.

Services will be held on May 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the English Funeral Home, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with coffee and desert to follow.

Jimmy was born in Boise, Idaho on July 4, 1970. He graduated from Lakeland High School in 1989 and went to college at Boise State University. He was married to high school sweetheart, Dawna, on July 16, 1994. He worked as a forklift driver for Costco Wholesale for more than 20 years. He was involved in drag racing but his true love was motorcycle riding. He loved the thrill of racing.

He is survived by wife, Dawna and son Jesse; father and stepmother, Linda and Wayne Stocker; mother and step-father, Roxanne McCormack and John Scott; brother and sister-in-law Matthew and Amanda Stocker (nieces Peyton, Paige and Camryn); sisters Anna and Carrie Stocker (nephew Travis); sister and brother in law, LaDonna Jensen and Luke Ambrose (nieces Haley, Kimmie, Alexis and nephew Justin); sister and brother in law, Tawnya and John Walsh (nephews Conner and Robbie, JJ and Tammy); grandparents Ernie and Beverley Hughes and many cousins, aunts,uncles and an amazing amount of amazing friends.

He loved well and will be dearly missed.
